We ship custom arcade cabinets across all of North America. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order delivered.
Arcade Cabinet Shipping
Our custom arcade cabinets are carefully packaged and shipped fully insured via freight carrier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the size and weight of arcade machines, shipping flat rates will vary based on your location.
What to expect:
- We provide a flat rate for all shipments
- Freight shipping typically takes 3-10 business days within North America
- Curbside delivery is standard (driver will unload at your curb or driveway only)
- An appointment is made for EVERY delivery so you are able to sign for it
- You'll receive tracking information once your order ships to trace your delivery
Note: Customers are responsible for moving their arcade machines into their homes. Due to liabilities and insurance, there is no inside or white glove delivery available from our side. Tracking information and a delivery appointment aides coordination to have your machine moved by family, friends or movers you can hire in your local area.
Parts & Accessories Shipping
Smaller items like arcade parts and accessories ship via standard courier services like Canada Post or UPS.

We provide flat rate shipping on all arcade shipments to your door.
- Western Canada $400 (CAD)
- West Coast $450 (CAD)
- Eastern Canada $500 (CAD)
- East Coast $600 (CAD)
- USA $800 (CAD)
Local Pickup in Edmonton
Located in the Edmonton area? Save on shipping and pick up your order directly from our workshop! We'll have everything ready for you, and you can see our operation firsthand.

International Shipping
We ship to select Canada and USA destinations only. Please contact us for more information if needed.
Brokerage
We will arrange all shipping and customs brokerage requirements for US shipments.
Tariffs
There are not tariffs on Canadian made arcades shipped to the USA, just your local duty & taxes.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
