First and foremost, we are professional cabinet makers. Our machines are a product of decades of experience with both Arcade machines and Cabinet Making. We use only the best components in our systems; this adds longevity, strong resale value and less issues down the road.

Our Customer Service is unmatched in the industry, just Google us to find out. Do your research, and if you have any questions we would love to answer them for you. Retro Active Arcade machines come with a 3 Year Warranty (excluding liquid and physical damages), Lifetime Tech Support and the 15,000+ Games are fully functional.

All Retro Active Arcade machines come with a 3 Year Warranty. This warranty excludes liquid and physical damages, but all electrical components installed by us are covered for 3 years for any manufacturer's defects. The warranty is not transferable, however we do offer Lifetime Tech Support for all of our arcade machines, whether purchased second hand, or your the original owner. Retro Active Arcade does not offer in-house services, but we are more than happy to assist you over the phone, through email, face time, or remote log in to your machine. Our machines are build modularly so customers will be able to replace parts easily and quickly, regardless of their skillset or physical location.
